   | I agree, those foods aren't the best choices when trying to lose weight. But you can make healthy choices even at fast food places. Most offer a salad section or even if you decide you just have to have a burger and fries, go for the smallest available size. Vicki

   | Oh that Starbucks double chocolate chip frappucino sounds to die for, doll! Probably just as well we don't have Starbucks in this country. Now I shall have great fun trying to make a 'skinny' version in my smoothie blender. What do you think? Coffee - well that's okay
 Low fat cream.
 Skim milk
 Fructose instead of sugar
 Canderel choc chips
 Zero/zero chocolate vanilla ice cream
Oh dear I feel nauseous just at the thought!

   | Hey Girls, Who ever said that staying fit was easy or fun. With all those soooo good tasting bad foods out there.
Ahhhh the temptations. Think of it this way, these are all tests in our ability to control our own mind.

As in every thing in life it is truly up to us to be in control of ourselves.

Wouldn`t it be easier if food was illegal. That way some of us at least would not have to work so darn hard at staying away from those nasty, but yummie bad foods.

Keep working on those positive habits ladies. They do pay off in the end!!

 Huggggzzz~D~
