About the Author: Steve Halls served in the British Army for over 23 years. He also gained a Premier Diploma in Fitness and Training and Sports Therapy. Later he began a career in Personal training and working with people with special medical needs. Steve Halls can even brag about being a Fitness Director of The Academy of high Achievers. Along with that, Steve Halls is using some of his time passing his teachings on through public speaking all over the country. Steve Halls is definitely the kind of person this world can benefit from.

Which in turn makes this a very compatible book to live by. The pictures used to illustrate the instructions are very clear and easy to understand. Steve Halls manages to get back to basics in his teachings of fitness and diet. He pulls no punches and creates no illusions. Steve keeps his book real and possible for all. A must these days with all the unrealistic expectations out there. "The FBI "book definitely does what the author has set out to do. Steve Halls brings the importance of fitness and positive self-esteem together through his teachings. I highly recommend this book to anyone that is searching for a way that will help them stay their course in motivation and success.
