About the Author: David Riklan, lives in New Jersey with his wife, Michelle Riklan, who is also his business partner and their three children. One of David's accomplishments along with his wife is Self Improvement Online, Inc., a very informative internet site that brings us information on self-improvement and personal growth. David has a degree in chemical engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, he also has 20 years experience in marketing, management, and training for companies such as Hewlett-Packard and The Memory Training Institute.
David found his interest in self-improvement and personnel growth at the age of sixteen when he took his very first self-improvement class which was an Eveleyn Wood speed-reading class and has continued his journey through life with his attitude of being, "a self-improvement junkie", to quote David.
Another achievement of David Riklan is his first book-Self Improvement: The Top 101 Experts Who Help Us Improve Our Lives. His first book was also thought of as the, "Encyclopedia Of Self Improvement" by leading industry experts. In turn David felt compelled to publish more books which seek to improve the lives of others such as the book you have just had the pleasure of reading and using for a life time reference book on self-improvement.

These are just a handful of very vital and necessary lessons in life that you will read about in this book, " 101 Great Ways To Improve Your Life". This book will fill its readers with new awareness of oneself, feelings, ideas and new ways of thinking positively through out their daily lives.
The words that you will read in this book are the treasured thoughts from over 101 insightful and very philosophical minds. These treasures that have been shared with you, the reader, are amazingly motivational, inspirational, educational but most of all all focused on helping you gain a higher feeling of self-acceptance and inner peace. "101 Great Ways To Improve Your Life", has a chapter for everyone to enjoy. To be able to carry a book that will be there to help you overcome just about every issue that you are challenged with every day is more than magical, it is a true treasure.

One of my favorite authors that you will have the pleasure to read in this book is *Shirley Cheng*, whose poetry is simply divine!
Shirley's treasure is called, Dance with Your Heart: How to Befriend Your Heart and the World around You.
To read Shirley's thoughts is to feel a warm feeling low throughout your body. Her thoughts and her comparisons when she writes about dancing will introduce your mind and soul to an entirely spiritual feeling of freedom, much like a bird in flight. Shirley Cheng has an ability even though she herself is blind to make us see life and our world in a completely different way, through positive, loving and almost innocent eyes. In Shirley's words, "A dancing heart teaches true" as do her words even through all of her pain from the disfigured joints caused by juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, Shirley still somehow rises above all of this and continues to teach us how to dance with our hearts. Thank You Shirley Cheng!

Womensselfesteem.com highly recommends, ”101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life” as a book of direction in life, a book of a much necessary support when things feel like they are just not worth striving for. This self-help book will put your thoughts into a more positive perspective.
